Shipping Areas

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

New Zealand (North Island): 2–4 business days
New Zealand (South Island): 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are as follows:

• Auckland: $6.50 — Free shipping on orders over $100
• Northland: $9.90 — Free shipping on orders over $100
• South Island: $12.90 — Free shipping on orders over $130

Food Products

Our products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during transit. Please store products as directed on the packaging upon receipt.
